1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pk306 platform — including all games, betting markets, promotional features, and support services available at pk306.app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the pk306 platform without exception, including registered account holders, guests browsing the platform, and any person who participates in a pk306 promotional activity. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

pk306 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on pk306, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk306 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. This age requirement applies equally to all games, betting markets, promotional features, and any other platform activity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering solely for personal recreational use.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a pk306 employee or contractor where participation in real-money gaming could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with pk306 or any associated gaming operator at the time of registration or at any point during your active use of the platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number registered to you, and a valid email address.

pk306 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active pk306 account at any given time. Opening, attempting to open, or operating more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk306 will close all accounts involved, void all pending bets or game rounds, and may forfeit all balances at its discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk306 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk306 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication via JazzCash OTP or EasyPaisa OTP for all accounts. You must notify pk306 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

pk306 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All transactions completed using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified pk306 of a suspected breach prior to the transaction in question.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep all account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment methods must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting pk306 support. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk306 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa debit card. All transactions are denominated in PKR with no currency conversion fees applied to PKR-based accounts.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on pk306 is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, higher-value deposits may trigger additional KYC verification requirements. pk306 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Processing times vary by payment method but pk306 targets same-day processing for the majority of withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM PST. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification or where the account has a pending investigation.

4.4 Funds Ownership

You may only deposit and wager funds that legally belong to you. Using funds sourced from third parties, credit facilities obtained specifically for gambling, or any proceeds of illegal activity is strictly prohibited. pk306 conducts transaction monitoring and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk306 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. pk306 reserves the right to restrict bonus availability by account history, payment method, game type, or any other criteria at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in cancellation of all active bonus balances.
• Abuse Prevention: pk306 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses more than once, exploiting promotional terms in ways not consistent with their intended purpose, or coordinating wagers with other players to guarantee bonus conversion. Any account found engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonus offers expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus credits and associated winnings are automatically removed from the account.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on pk306 — including live casino tables, slots, Monster Dice, Jackpot Bingo, cricket betting, and all other sports betting markets — are governed by individual game or market rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules take precedence for that game or market only.

6.1 Game Fairness

All RNG-based games on the pk306 platform are independently certified for statistical fairness by a third-party testing laboratory. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any outcome in any individual session or over any specific number of rounds.

6.2 Bet Finality

Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed by the pk306 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. pk306 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances involving manifest errors, technical failures, or data feed errors from third-party providers.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round or bet, pk306's system will complete the round using the last recorded game state. Bet amounts already committed at the point of disconnection will stand. pk306 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk306 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to interact with the platform on your behalf without human input.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, share hole cards in live dealer games, or coordinate bets in any way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — including the use of any vulnerability in a game's logic or payout structure. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime using the pk306 platform, including using the deposit and withdrawal system to move funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Using false identity information, stolen CNIC details, or another person's payment method to register or transact on the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the pk306 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or other means of location masking to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk306 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. KYC & Verification

pk306 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any point determined by pk306's compliance team.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include, but are not limited to:

• A clear copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and number).
• Source-of-funds documentation for high-value deposits.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts with incomplete or pending KYC verification. pk306 will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals caused by a player's failure to submit requested KYC documentation in a timely manner.

9. Responsible Gaming

pk306 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period. Loss limits are applied at the account level across all game types.
• Session Reminders: Receive in-session notifications at intervals you set, reminding you of how long you have been playing and your net position for that session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account remains open but all gaming activity is suspended for the selected duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk306 platform — including but not limited to the pk306 brand name, logo, trademarks, game titles (including Monster Dice and Jackpot Bingo), software, graphics, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of pk306 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk306 platform for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pk306 content. Any use of pk306 intellectual property beyond the scope of this licence requires explicit prior written consent from pk306.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk306 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond pk306's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from account suspension following a breach.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in third-party data feeds used to settle sports betting markets, where pk306 has relied on that data in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit pk306's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pk306's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

pk306 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider.

Where an account is closed for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), pk306 may forfeit all account balances, including bonus credits, pending withdrawals, and genuine funds where fraud is confirmed. Where an account is closed at pk306's discretion and without breach by the player, all legitimate non-bonus funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of KYC.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting pk306 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Closing your account does not remove your obligation to pay any outstanding amounts owed to pk306.

13. Privacy & Data

Your use of the pk306 platform is also governed by the pk306 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how pk306 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

By registering on pk306, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data necessary for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and fraud prevention.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pk306 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk306 will notify registered users via email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk306 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the pk306 platform, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

1. Internal Complaint: You must first submit a formal complaint to pk306 support. pk306 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with pk306's internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in pk306's gaming licence conditions.
3. Legal Proceedings: Legal proceedings may only be commenced after the above steps have been exhausted. Both parties agree that the courts of the governing jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any such proceedings.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
